Maddie's Motor Sports is the largest powersports dealer group in New York. We are looking for an experienced manager with great track record, and very process driven for our newest location. We are looking for someone who is self motivated and eager to build a team to excel at this location. If you are a high energy person with a positive attitude, with a passion for excellence, and a proven successful track record in an auto or powersports dealership, we are looking for you! You need to possess a desire and determination to build and grow a high performing team. Training experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a top producer in auto or powersports sales with leadership abilities, and willingness to follow and lead a process. You must enjoy being working in a retail dealership environment and working with the staff to lead them to success. Must have good coaching and training abilities, excellent people skills, be a team player and have a desire to grow the dealership.

Qualifications for our General Sales Manager

· A minimum of 3 years of Sales experience

· Possess a High Passion for Customer Retention & CSI Above Market Standards

· Implement strategies for achieving Sales & Gross Profits

· Previous Sales Management and/or F&I experience

· Internet/social networking experience very helpful

· Must live locally in the area

· Must have excellent coaching and training skills

· High energy - Positive Leader

· Training ability

· Community involvement a plus

· Oversee department metrics

Compensation and Benefits

· $90,000 - $110,000 to start (& potential for more in the future)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
